What The Casino And The Payment Provider See With Payz
When you deposit with Payz, the casino receives the payment result and enough details to reconcile it: deposit amount, currency, timestamp, the casino’s own transaction/reference ID, and a status such as approved, pending, or failed. The casino also sees the Payz funding method at a high level (for example “Payz e-wallet”) and the identity fields it already holds from your account and KYC process (name, date of birth, address, phone/email). The casino does not get your Payz login password, and it normally does not receive your underlying bank card number or bank account number if you funded Payz from a card or bank transfer; those stay on the Payz side.
Payz, as the payment provider, sees a fuller payment trail: your Payz account details, the funding source you used to top up (card/bank transfer), device and IP information used to sign in and authorize, and the merchant details of the casino (merchant name/ID, category, and transaction descriptors). For privacy, this setup limits what the casino can learn about your finances outside the deposit itself, because the casino sees the deposit outcome rather than your card or bank details. It does not make you anonymous: both the casino and Payz can still link deposits to you through your verified identity, and Payz can share or disclose data when required for fraud checks, chargeback handling, or legal requests.
